How Do I Know if I Need a Dealer?

EasyWater was designed to be self-installed by most homeowners, but many of our customers find that they would prefer professional installation. Here’s a checklist to help you determine if you’ll be better served by working with an EasyWater dealer:
1. Can you locate your incoming water line? If you’ve followed our tips and still can’t find it, professional installation is probably the way to go.
2. Have you identified your incoming water line, but don’t have enough space on the pipe to install EasyWater? EasyWater dealers can come up with some pretty creative solutions, from finding an alternate place to install, to “sweating in” a loop of new pipe to add more linear space.
3. Do you have a large home with a complicated plumbing system, such as multiple water heaters with circulating hot water, or a geothermal heat pump? If you’re not mechanically inclined you might want to go with professional installation, as installations like these are typically more labor-intensive and will require you to have a full understanding of your water system.
4. Is your home older, with galvanized steel water lines? The frequencies that EasyWater uses don’t pass through galvanized pipe, so it will be helpful to work with a dealer to replace a small piece of your incoming water line with plastic pipe.
5. Are you short on time? EasyWater dealers can typically present you with a quote and provide professional installation in the same day! The only thing you’ll need to do is be there.
6. Do you like the idea of our standard 3-year factory warranty extending to 5 years? EasyWater dealers will always provide an extended warranty, at no additional cost beyond the cost of the installation labor.

We own a home that is being rented by our daughter and son-in-law. It is in Jacksonville, Fl. The water is hard and they have a private well. There is sulfur in the water. My son-in-law is very handy. Would he be able to self install what is needed for the sulfur removal? How expensive is this service. We may possibly be interested in just the EasyWater for our home. We are on public water and there is a hardness problem but no sulfur.

I like the sound of your claims. I do not have access to ANY incoming plumbing inside my new home on an elevated slab. Can your system be installed in a small vault at the point the supply enters the footing? Freezing might be a concern but there is no other option.
